
For best possible service, specify account number, item number and
product name as shown in catalogue, vial size and dilution,
aqueous or glycerinated, scratch or multiple dose vial.
Certain extracts and mixtures cannot be supplied in the 1:10 w/v strength
due to excessive precipitation; these will be supplied at
the strongest possible w/v strength. Glycerinated extracts
can be supplied in 1:20 w/v or weaker dilutions. Extracts
ordered in protein nitrogen unitages are available aqueous
only. Physician DEA# and/or license# must be supplied or on
file. Proper identification will be required from Institutions.

A minimum order of $25.00 is required. Please combine orders
to achieve minimum.

All extract shipments are shipped Overnight, Next Day Air Service.
All other shipments UPS 3-day Select. Shipments with ice packs
are made upon customer request, with an additional charge.

We stock frequently used mixtures of various antigens (see mixtures
listed in catalog pages 2-8), which are available at no additional
charge over the single antigen price. Custom mixtures are
specially priced. A minimum order of 100 mLs is required to
process a custom mixture (500mL minimum to receive a discount).
A signed custom mixture form must be received specifying exact
formula desired with a maximum of 12 antigens per mixture.
Refer to current price list for custom mixture pricing. Delivery
regarding custom mixtures will be a minimum of three weeks.
All custom mixtures will be shipped after processing and cannot
be returned. |

Net 30 days from date of invoice. F.O.B. Lenoir, NC; shipping
and insurance charges are prepaid and added to invoice. All
prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment
via MasterCard, VISA® and American Express®; contact our Accounts
Receivable Department for further information.

No returns can be accepted without prior notification and our
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which can be obtained
by phoning our Customer Service Department. Allergenic extracts
and Custom mixtures are not returnable for credit or exchange.
Any shipping error must be reported to Greer within 7 days
of receipt of material.
Return transportation charges are assumed by
the customer, except when due to shipping error. Authorized
returns must be adequately packaged and should be insured;
we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in return transit.
Greer reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing
credit. Ancillary supplies must be returned in unopened, undamaged
cases. There is a 30 day time limit for all returns. All returns
must be received within 10 days of notification.

We warrant only that solutions in unopened and undamaged vials
are sterile and correctly labeled. Once shipment is made,
we have no control over storage conditions, methods of usage
or dosage administered.
