Custom Mixtures

Custom mixtures are specially priced. A minimum order of 100 mL is required to process a custom mixture. A signed custom mixture form must be received specifying exact formula desired with a maximum of 12 antigens per mixture.  Delivery will take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. Custom mixtures cannot be returned. Please consult your Customer Care Specialist for more information.
