Custom Antibody Service
GREER® offers custom antibody production services to meet your specific needs. Various types of rabbit polyclonal antibodies are available at GREER, including those produced to measure the major allergen from short ragweed, Amb a 1. Two different types of anti-Amb a 1 antibodies are currently available at GREER. One of these antibody preparations is suitable for performing any type of immunochemistry analysis; the other preparation is more suitable for performing ELISAs and Western blots.

Lyophilized Extracts

Lyophilized extracts are intended for laboratory or further manufacturing use and can be prepared from any of the raw materials listed in our catalog. Examples of some of the more common lyophilized extracts are latex, dust mites, cockroaches, peanut, short ragweed, Candida albicans, and pig Ascaris. Most extracts are maintained in inventory for immediate shipment. The extracts are prepared without the use of preservatives or buffer salts. Antigens from our product line may also be manufactured to customer defined specifications under cGMPs. These extracts are labeled with Bradford protein and dry weight content. Additional testing can be provided upon request.

Analytical Testing

We offer analytical testing for specific allergen content such as Der p 1, Der f 1, Amb a 1, Fel d 1, Can f 1; endotoxin; and other tests specified by our customers.
