Ordering
For the best possible service, specify account number, item number, and product name as shown in the catalog.
Certain extracts and mixtures cannot be supplied in the 1:10 w/v strength due to excessive precipitation; these will be supplied at the strongest possible w/v strength. Veterinary medical license must be on file. Proper identification will be required from institutions.
Minimum Order
A minimum order of $25.00 is required. Please combine orders to achieve minimum.
Made to Order Items
Specific products have been identified as made to order items based on low utilization. These are non-stocked products. Delivery will be a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. Please consult your Customer Care Specialist for more information.
Custom Mixtures
Custom mixtures are specially priced. A minimum order of 100 mL is required to process a custom mixture. A signed custom mixture form must be received specifying exact formula desired with a maximum of 12 antigens per mixture. Delivery will be a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. Custom mixtures cannot be returned.
Premium Antigens
Specific products have been designated as premium antigens due to low utilization, decreased availability of raw materials, and increased costs associated with the collection/extraction process. These items carry a surcharge. Please contact your Customer Care Specialist for more information.
Shipping
All extracts are shipped overnight for next-day delivery. All other shipments UPS 3-day Select or Ground at your request. Shipments with ice packs are made upon customer request, with an additional charge.
Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice. F.O.B. Lenoir, NC; shipping and all insurance charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice. All prices are in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®. Contact our accounts receivable department for further information.
Returns
Please contact a GREER® Customer Care Specialist at 877.777.1080 for prior approval of all product returns. Any shipping error must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. A Return Goods Authorization Number must accompany all product returns to GREER within 10 days of the return notification.
Allergenic extracts and sterile products cannot be returned unless due to a GREER error. Ancillary supplies must be returned in unopened, undamaged cases. Credit is not issued for duplications resulting from customer errors in ordering.
Warranty
We warrant only that solutions in unopened and undamaged vials are sterile and correctly labeled. Once shipment is made, we have no control over storage conditions, methods of usage, or dosage administered.
